Cancellation of order will be accepted only within 4 hours of placing an order. Post 4 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Incase of Online Payment using any banking provider, the same amount would be refunded to SnackShip Wallet.
SnackShips.in may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.
SnackShips.in may, at its sole discretion, reserves right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
1. in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
2. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
3. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
4. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
1. Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
2. Us cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
3. You cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
All Refunds shall be done by the way of a SnackShip wallet credit. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by SnackShip wallet credit, which customer can redeem for any upcoming orders.
In-case your delivery area falls outside the SnackShip delivery area, refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
